4) How long does it take to create my ceremonial dupatta?
Every Heer Saaj ceremonial dupatta is handcrafted especially for you.
For orders within India, the estimated preparation and delivery time is 15–20 days.
If you have a specific ceremony date, we recommend placing your order well in advance.
5) Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
We proudly ship Heer Saaj ceremonial dupattas worldwide.
International shipping charges are calculated based on your destination country and the current courier charges at the time of dispatch. We do not add any additional handling or service fees.
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location.
6) Is the signature Heer Saaj presentation box included?
Our Heritage Collection includes the signature Heer Saaj presentation box.
For the Celebration Collection, the presentation box is available as an optional addition.
7) Can I return or exchange my order?

8) What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?
Please record a continuous unboxing video before opening your parcel.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share:
